Fare sport in estate è senza dubbio molto più faticoso.
Per mantenere la nostra forma fisica è molto consigliabile mettersi in moto.
Se voi con questo caldo afoso volete evitare le camminate/corse all'aperto, avete sempre valida la possibilità di praticare alcuni esercizi in casa con il condizionatore acceso ;-)
Come ad esempio addominali, squat, pesi e molto altro.
Se non sapete fare il primo passo ricordatevi che esiste  YouTube con infiniti canali dedicati allo sport.
Scegliete il vostro preferito e seguite il personal trainer nel video.
Siete tutti d'accordo?
In questo modo risparmiate soldi e tempo della palestra.

Total look black with brown scarf

Avete presente quelle giornate che non sono ancora calde come la primavera, però volete lo stesso indossare indumenti primaverili?
Ecco per me oggi è stato così.
Total look black e una sciarpa marrone giusto per dare un pó di colore (e per coprire dal freddo :-D)
Io ho già iniziato a pianificare al meglio la stagione con l'iscrizione alla palestra, con l'acquisto di una macchina nuova (o meglio usata) e qualche evento mondano con gli amici.
Fatelo anche voi, organizzatevi, vivete e rendete la vostra vita UNICA! :)

For me was so today.
Total look black and a brown scarf just to give a bit of color (and to cover from the cold :-D)
I have already started to plan the season with subscribing to the gym, with the purchase of a new car (best used) and some social event with friends.

Casual look-spring

In questo momento ho proprio raffreddore da vendere. :-(
Nelle foto di oggi che vedete ero abbastanza sana.
Le belle giornate iniziano a farsi sentire e finalmente cercherò di smettere di auto-fotografarmi in casa.
Addio luce buia e benvenuta luce allegra. :-D
Spero di riprendermi prestissimo, ho risolto qualche problema che avevo con la macchinetta fotografica (ecco perché sono rimasta assente per un pó di tempo) e sfortunatamente rinizio ad andare all'università (si stava così bene in vacanza :-D).
Mi sono rilassata molto in queste settimane e vi auguro una buona giornata ragazze!

Red is energy

Oggi ho voglia di rosso!
Ho bisogno di carica per domani che dovrò affrontare un test che se andrà bene mi farà passare subito all'esame orale!
Dicono che dovrebbe nevicare di nuovo, non sarà una delle giornate migliori compreso il carnevale di Venezia che inizierà domani!
Avrò bisogno di tantaaa fortuna!

First day at university

Eccomi con il look del primo giorno di università!
Comodo, casual, ma soprattutto chic con l'aggiunta del fiocchetto nero attorno alla vita!
Sempre spettinata e via!
Alla mattina ci metto circa 20 minuti per fare tutto, ovviamente non manca mai una bella colazione con pan di stelle!
Ho sempre amato le cose impossibili che in realtà non sono così impossibili, basta crederci!
Per me 20 minuti non sono così tanti se hai già la roba tutta pronta: zaino, vestiti e trucchi!
Ho tre compiti alla mattina: mangiare, vestirmi e truccarmi.
Ahhaha qualcuno di voi è simile a me??

Here I am with the look of the first day at college!
Comfortable, casual, chic but especially with the addition of black bow around the waist!
Always disheveled and go!
In the morning it takes me about 20 minutes to do it all, of course, never missing a nice breakfast with pan di stelle!
I've always loved the impossible things that really aren't so impossible, just believe!
20 minutes aren't so many for me, I already have all the stuff ready: backpack, clothes and makeup!
I have three tasks in the morning: eat, wear the dress and makeup.

BUONA EPIFANIA A TUTTIIIII!
Mi sento una befana oggi, ho copiato il suo stile! :-D
Mi mancava una scopa e via a volare in cielo (il mio sogno di sempre).
Quando le avevo dieci anni ho scritto una lunghissima lettera, avevo solo un grande desiderio: avere la sua scopa magica oppure una copia! :-D
Che super ricordi! Non dimenticherò mai la faccia imbarazzata di mia madre quando gli avevo chiesto se era possibile ricevere una scopa magica! ahhahaahhaha
Avevo ricevuto anche una lunga risposta da parte della mitica befana, purtroppo la scopa è sua e può usarla solo lei.
C'ero pure rimasta male, però mi consolavo con i mille dolci che mi aveva portato!
Ora tutti a pranzo dalla nonna!

When I was ten years old, I had written a long letter to her.
I had a great wish to have her magic broom or a copy! :-D
Super memories! I will never forget the embarrassed face of my mother when I asked her if it was possible to get a magic broom! ahhahaahhaha
I had also received a long response from the legendary witch, unfortunately broom can use only her.
I was sad, but I consoled myself with a thousand sweet that had brought me!

Finalmente oggi pubblico un outfit dopo tanti giorni!
La sciarpa è stato un bellissimo regalo da parte di una mia prozia (la potete vedere nelle recenti foto del mio profilo Instagram).
Avete notato i miei occhiali nuovi della Benettoon? Io li amo da morire e salutiamo quelli fucsia che ho tenuto per ben cinque anni.
Mi sento molto carica dopo le recenti e bellissime giornate.
Ho passato un bellissimo Natale, pieno di risate e molto affetto.. È proprio quello che volevo!

The scarf is a beautiful gift from my great aunt (you can see her in the recents pictures of my Instagram profile).
Do you have noticed my new glasses of Benettoon? I love them and we goodbye the old fuchsia glasses that I have them for five years.
I'm very charged after the recents and beautiful days.
I spent a wonderful Christmas, full of laughter and a lot of affection.. Is just what I wanted!
